Upon completing the Order Form above, payment may be made via cash/check at time of pick-up, check mailed in advance, or through Athena’s personal Paypal account using the Friends and Family feature.
Each gift certificate gets mailed with a welcome letter and brochure. If you are intending to have the gift certificate available for the recipient to pickup or if you know they wont receive it in the mail before you intend to gift it, please let me know and I can offer you a printable card insert.
Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from date of issue. Not redeemable or refundable for cash. Any unused amount at time of purchase will be noted and may be applied to a future purchase prior to the expiration date. No change will be given.
